Where do we deliver to?

We deliver Australia wide at a flat cost (see below) no matter where you are.

All parcells travel securely with Australia post direct to you door.

we can also deliver to any Australia Post Parcel Lockers if you are unable to ship to your home or office address.

All parcels ship in discreet unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.


How much will it cost for my order to be shipped?

We have the following 3 shipping rates for all our vaporizers and accessories Australia wide:

– Most products ship for FREE –

1)   $0 Free standard shipping is offered for all orders over $100  

2)   $12 Standard shipping for other orders.

3)   $22 Express Postage + Postal Insurance (up to $500) – optional at checkout.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

All orders include Signature on Delivery unless you nominate otherwise ( i.e. leave at door) in the ‘comments’ section during checkout.


Can I track my order?

We’ll send you an email with a tracking number for your order once it’s shipped. You can check the status on the Australia Post website here

If you leave your phone number with your order you will receive tracking updates via SMS from Australia post

It is also extremely useful if you leave your phone number with the order incase there are any issues that need your confirmation.

Please check that your address details are correct when placing your order. It’s also important that you use your real name on your order, as if the parcel is for any reason undeliverable and goes to a post office, you will need ID in that name to collect your parcel.

Return to Sender: If a parcel is un-deliverable or not collected from a post office, it will be returned to sender. If you would like your order re-shipped, you may be required to pay a re-delivery fee.


Can I Cancel My Order?

We often ship very quickly after an order is placed so there is no guarantee we can cancel an order. We recommend sending us an email as soon as possible to request cancellation.

If you notice you have entered the wrong address immediately after placing your order – please email us as soon as possible. If you require a change of address after your order has been shipped there may be a fee imposed by Australia Post for the diversions which will be billed to you.


Will my order be shipped discreetly and unmarked?

Of course! We pack and send all orders in plain packaging. You can get your order shipped to your workplace and there won’t be any branding that says Happy Rasta. We offer discreet and unmarked packaging to give you confidence when ordering from our site.


I haven’t received my order yet, where is it!?

Please keep in mind that deliveries can be delayed in the post during holiday periods. Please check the status of your order on the Australia Post website using your tracking details provided. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at


Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of the items we sell, unfortunately we’re unable to accept returns (except for warranty items). Please ensure you select the correct items before placing your order. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us at before placing your order.

If you receive an incorrect product and do not warn us within fourteen (14) days of receipt thereof, then we will consider this an act of acceptance of the received product in lieu of the ordered article.


My item is faulty or damaged, can I get an exchange or refund?

We will need you to email and include your order details, photo (if applicable) and a description of your item. We’ll assess your query and if it’s found to be faulty, damaged or we need to physically asses it, we’ll be in touch with you to let you know what the next step is.

Refunds will only be issued in the amount of the original purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
